When i see this photo, i see the before and after photos. You see the big change that happened after the tsunami.
This is what happened after the tsunimi. The building is distroyed and people are traped and have no where to go. They have to wait till someone could rescue them.
The people on the roof are traped and they put a S.O.S up on the roof so someone could come and save them.
